Scheduler IV

Schedule project timelines, perform contractor schedule reviews, and analyze contract change orders to ensure compliance and quality assurance. Coordinate project execution philosophies and participate in change order negotiations.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications including Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of theories, principles, and practices of cost engineering and scheduling
• Experience with time impact analysis, construction claims, and change orders
• Flexibility in schedule and transportation to work at multiple sites
