We're looking for a strategic, outcome-driven leader to join our team as Digital Solutions Manager – Maintenance. You will define, prioritize, and deliver new product capabilities that create measurable value for clients and the business.
Requirements
- Define, plan, and drive execution of new product features and enhancements delivered through the platform.
- Own feature scope, sequencing, and acceptance criteria, ensuring delivery teams are aligned on what is being built and why.
- Create, curate, and maintain a prioritized product backlog to support efficient execution and value-focused tradeoffs.
- Partner closely with platform managers, engineering, design, and operations to drive features from concept through delivery.
- Actively manage execution risks, clarify requirements, and make real-time decisions to keep delivery on track.
- Lead release-level planning for new capabilities, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Define success metrics upfront and evaluate post-launch performance to guide iteration and future enhancements.
- Support launch execution, internal enablement, and adoption of new capabilities.
