Job Description
Element is looking for a Manager, Finance Solutions to join their team for a fixed-term position. The role involves leading a Finance Solutions sub-team, modernizing Finance processes through automation and data-driven solutions, and leading a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related field of study
- 5 – 8 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, analytics, or finance transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring Analysts and Senior Analysts in an FP&A or analytics environment
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and Finance system architecture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
