Job Description
Element is looking for a Specialist, Licensing to join their team. The role involves processing and managing vehicle titles and registrations, supporting incoming inquiries and requests, and assisting with special projects for the Title & Licensing team. The ideal candidate will be highly customer-focused and organized, with a comprehensive understanding of US and/or Canadian licensing regulations and requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of professional experience in an office environment
- Comprehensive understanding of US and/or Canadian licensing regulations and requirements
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and perform work in office at least 3 days per week
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
