Job Description
The Fleet Partner Solution Supervisor is responsible for establishing operational discipline, leading a team, and safeguarding client experience and satisfaction. They will also provide training, create reports, and ensure process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Industry, or Engineering
- At least 2/3 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Portfolio Management, KAM, or similar position
- Experience in Leasing, preferably of Vehicles
- Fluent English: +80%
- Leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, decision-making under pressure with risk analysis, and excellent task follow-up and rapid learning
