
Job description
The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth, expand strategic customer relationships, and generate new business opportunities across the Eagan and Minnetonka laboratories. This role supports key medical device, microbiology, validation, and testing service lines.
Drive new business development activities, develop and expand strategic relationships with customers, lead opportunities through the sales process, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM discipline.
Success will be measured by pipeline creation, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall market expansion within targeted industry segments. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling, relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
