Job Description
The Senior Business Development Manager is the commercial leader responsible for driving growth across a designated cluster or sub-division, through the leadership of a commercial team. The Sales Managerâs focus is on leading, coaching, and enabling their team to grow and meet or exceed their budget.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Typically, around 10-15 yearsâ B2B sales/account management with sales management experience
- Strong ability to analyse sales data, identify trends and make evidence-based recommendations
- Confident working with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven commercial leadership experience
- Strong coaching and performance management
