
Job description
Element has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Test Technician - Electronics at our Element Anaheim materials testing laboratory. Reporting to the General Manager, you are an essential member of the team and responsible for overseeing program management including planning, scheduling, and assigning projects and establishing successful relationships with customers.
Designs, sets-up and performs a variety of tests according to customer specifications and requirements. Provide leadership and direct all activities of the engineering department including planning and managing technical performance to ensure quality and business objectives are achieved.
Requires little supervision and technical input of a Department Manager, Principal Technician, or Engineer. Possesses the ability to mentor and train technicians who have less experience through effective communication of technical data.
