Patient Service Representative

Element Science is a medical device and digital health company redefining how patients with heart disease are monitored and treated. We are seeking Patient Service Representatives to join us as independent contractors to coordinate with patients, caregivers, and care teams to schedule device fittings and training.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of direct paid patient care experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Comfort working independently in a field-based environment
• To ensure high-quality patient care, consultants are expected to complete training and obtain certification as fitters prior to performing services in their assigned territory
