Patient Service Representative

Element Science, Inc. is a medical device and digital health company focused on developing solutions at the intersection of clinical-grade wearables, machine learning algorithms, and lifesaving therapies. We are seeking compassionate, patient-focused Patient Service Representatives (PSRs) to join us as independent contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of direct paid patient care experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
• Strong patient education and communication skills
• Comfort working independently in a field-based environment
• To ensure high-quality patient care, consultants are expected to complete training and obtain certification as fitters prior to performing services in their assigned territory
• Exceptional attention to detail; strong follow-through; adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
• High level of accountability, organization, and professionalism
• Ability to travel locally and must possess reliable means of transportation, a valid driver’s license, clean MVR record
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to support patient case documentation and data management
