Requirements

• Master's degree from four-year college or university.
• Six to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of physical and chemical analysis techniques, instrumentation, and method development.
• Ability to understand customer needs and deliver technical solutions that add value.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of technical professionals.
• Skilled in planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple projects within deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Clear and professional communication in both English and Chinese, including technical reporting and customer interaction.
