Continuous Improvement Leader

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to execute continuous improvement principles and lead the development of a Management Operating System (MOS) to improve supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, STEM, or operations area
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven success of leading change and implementing improvement programmes
• Deep understanding of end to end processes and continuous improvement methologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Data-savvy with strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated hands-on leadership and a willingness to work alongside teams
