Customer Technical Support Engineer

Customer Technical Support Engineer at MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• 2-5 years of relevant industrial experience in PCBA/SMT or electronics assembly processes
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
• Self-motivated, aggressive, initiative and results-oriented
• Good presentation & selling skills
• Good network & customer bases
• Ability to interact closely with Marketing and Sales to support customer focus and efficient operations
• Results oriented
• Ability to work well across cultures, speak, read and write English, and Thai language
