Job Description
Optomec is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to provide technical support and ensure optimal functioning of their systems, including Optomec DED systems. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting customers, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability are essential.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of simple DC circuits and test procedures
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
- Comfortable standing for long periods of time during on-site support
