Requirements

• Acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related queries
• Supporting employee relations activities, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance processes
• Managing end-to-end HR processes such as onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and global governance standards
