Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
