Quality Engineer

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is looking for a Quality Engineer to support the implementation and daily execution of the Quality Management System. The successful candidate will work closely with the QA team, QC Lab, Engineering, and production team to maintain process controls, support QC testing activities, investigate quality issues, and assist in key quality deliverables such as FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent discipline)
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or quality concepts (SPC, 8D, ISO 9001 and IATF) is a plus
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with documentation control, audits, NCR, CAPA, and change control
