Quality Engineer

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to ensure that products, processes, and systems meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The role requires a strong sense of ownership and accountability, analytical and methodical problem-solving skills, and credibility to challenge constructively and influence operational teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a Quality Engineering role within chemical, process, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of quality systems such as ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis, SPC, CAPA, FMEA).
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in a hazardous or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of process safety principles, change management, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with customer quality requirements and regulatory expectations relevant to chemical products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple investigations or improvement initiatives.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to learning and development.
