Requirements
- Master's Degree in an engineering field or equivalent
- More than 10 years of sales account and channel management experience
- Experience in selling advanced engineered materials
- Strong experience with structured sales processes and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Executive presence and internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Good business acumen and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and resolve conflicts
