Job Description
MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Manager/Director SEA to drive profitable revenue growth for ESI in South East Asia. The successful candidate will provide sales leadership and be accountable for execution of global BU strategies and break through initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of demonstrated sales management and leadership experience
- Exceeding annual sales goals of 25+ Mio
- Leading and growing a regional or global sales team of at least 6+ people
- Experience in selling advanced engineered materials for the electronics and semiconductor industry
- Strong experience with structured sales processes, sales performance metrics, sales analytics, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Willing to devote at least 50% or more of your time to traveling with team and customers
- Bachelor’s Degree, or higher in an engineering field like Chemistry, Electronics, Mechanics or equivalent
