Job Description
MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a business segment of Element Solutions Inc, is seeking a Senior Technical Service Engineer to support the IC Substrate business team in China. The successful candidate will demonstrate industry-leading technical competence and customer satisfaction in the IC Substrate market segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IC substrate factory or Circuit board factory, technical service, application development, or product support within the chemical industry.
- Proven track record in managing technical service functions in sectors such as PTH, copper plating of DC mode and pulse.
