Talent Acquisition Specialist

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full life-cycle recruitment process for client groups within Element Solutions Inc. for our facility in California. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the Talent Acquisition strategy, collaborating with leadership, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to execute against the recruitment strategy to attract and assess the right talent for our organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience within corporate Human Resources and/or search firm recruiting experience
• Recruiting experience with a focus on broad range of corporate functions with candidate generation in a highly complex and competitive market
• Knowledgeable in technical recruiting highly technical engineering and manufacturing roles
• Experience working on tight deadlines and with great pace
• Familiarity with Chemicals and Manufacturing industries and key talent within the STEM space
• Highly collaborative and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Strong follow up skills, with attention to detail
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities and to prioritize accordingly
• Adopt a professional, well-organized, self-motivated personality who can function well in fast-paced, high energy environments
