Wire Foreman

MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions is seeking a Wire Foreman to consistently and stably achieve daily production targets while maintaining high product quality, ensuring customer deliveries and satisfaction. The role aims to improve production progress at the Taoyuan plant by optimizing production processes, enhancing product quality, and reducing production costs.

Requirements

• Possess strong communication and coordination skills
• Be proactive and responsible
• Be cooperative, attentive, cheerful, and willing to engage in work and learning
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Flexibility to assist and support other departments as required
• Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
• Must have a responsible attitude towards their own work
• Basic computer operations
• Able to read, analyze, and interpret common technical documents
• Manage audits and other related documents
