- Strong Generalist Background: Over 10 years of extensive experience across all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Proven Employee Relations (ER) Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing complex ER cases
- Strategic Partnering Acumen: Ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers
