Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
• Strong understanding of Colombian labor law and HR best practices for distributed teams
• Experience leading performance management systems and designing HR frameworks
• Proficiency with HR tools, ATS/HRIS, and project management platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1+) and Spanish
• Strategic mindset with a bias for action and accountability
• High EQ, confidentiality, and commitment to building an empowered culture
