We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead HR operations and strategic initiatives for our Bulgarian office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a HR Manager or senior HR generalist in a global or multi-national company.
- Experience handling employee populations of 200+.
- Strong understanding of Bulgarian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Hands-on experience with payroll, contracts, and HR administration.
- Track record of strategic HR initiatives, such as performance management, culture development, and management partnering.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives proactively.
