Director Sales Effectiveness

The Director Sales Effectiveness provides leadership, oversight and direction to the sales effectiveness and sales learning teams, fostering an atmosphere of world-class performance and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams to drive sales readiness, accelerate time-to-productivity, optimize sales processes and technology, and support revenue growth through effective enablement strategies, training programs, performance insights, and scalable sales support solutions.

Requirements

• BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of professional/leadership experience
• Advanced degree preferred
• Proven leadership experience in sales enablement, sales effectiveness, sales operations, or revenue enablement functions
• Demonstrated success building scalable enablement strategies
• Strong experience partnering with sales leadership, marketing, operations, and analytics teams
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate pipeline metrics
• Experience with Salesforce and other sales technologies
