• BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a social work agency;
• Field of study in health care related field preferred;
• Assisted living or social work experience preferred;
• Waiver experience preferred;
• Comfortable using technology preferred;
• Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary;
