Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Paragon Infusion Centers

The Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) role at Paragon Infusion Centers is responsible for patient care within the scope of practice in the clinical setting. The FNP administers ordered therapies, completes admission processes, and documents patient data. They communicate effectively with the IV team and maintain patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• MS in Nursing
• 2 years of nursing experience
• Current, active, valid, and unrestricted NP license to practice as a healthcare professional within the scope of license in applicable state
• Active, current, and valid Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Multi-state licensure (if providing services in multiple states)
• Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test
• Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver
