Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) responsible for patient care within their scope of practice in the clinical setting. Administers ordered therapies, completes admission process, and documents patient data. Communicates effectively with other team members and maintains patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• MS in Nursing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current, active, and valid unrestricted NP license to practice as a healthcare professional
• Active, current, and valid Family Nurse Practitioner Certification
• Multi-state licensure required for providing services in multiple states
