Health Coach (US)

Health Coach provides health coaching to members with chronic diseases, conducting behavioral assessments, implementing coaching plans, and monitoring interventions. Work is done virtually with some in-person training sessions, promoting productivity and work-life integration.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Health Education, Exercise Physiology, Respiratory Therapy, or Dietician
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health education, exercise instruction, or patient education
• Certification, advanced certification, and/or license appropriate to field of specialty
