Nurse Practitioner 100% Virtual, CareBridge

CareBridge Health seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide virtual primary care and urgent healthcare to patients. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing, an active national NP certification, and a valid, current, active, and unrestricted Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Tennessee. The role requires a strong background in managing complex care cases, with a preference for experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and managing cases for developmental disabilities and chronically ill patients.

Requirements

• MS in Nursing
• Active, national NP certification
• Valid, current, active, and unrestricted Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Tennessee
• Valid, current, active, RN Compact license
• 2+ years of experience in managing complex care cases
• Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) required
• DEA registration or eligibility preferred
• Active Tennessee Medicaid license highly preferred
• Experience in managing complex care cases for developmental disabilities and chronically ill patients strongly preferred
