Requirements
- MS in Nursing
- Active, national NP certification
- Valid, current, active and unrestricted Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state(s) of New York
- Valid, current, active, RN license
- 2+ years of experience in managing complex care cases
- Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
