CareBridge Advance Practice Provider, Nurse Practitioner, 100% virtual, with sign on bonus of $5,000, provides primary and urgent healthcare via telephone and tele video modalities to patients who receive home and community-based services through state Medicaid programs, dual eligible members and other membership as assigned by our MCO partners.

Requirements

• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas and/or Arizona
• Active RN Compact license
• Current certifications in one or more of the following areas: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and/or Basic Life Support (BLS)
