Pharmacy Customer Associate - BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy is responsible for responding to customer questions and providing claims, customer service, and/or membership support. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in an automated customer service environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in an automated customer service environment
• Specialty pharmacy experience (preferred)
• Call center experience (preferred)
