Job Description
As a QA Engineer at Elevate Calls Inc., you will be integral in upholding the quality and performance of our SaaS products.
Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand features and functionalities
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla
- Conduct performance and security testing to ensure the application meets industry standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports
