As a QA Engineer at Elevate Calls Inc., you will be integral in upholding the quality and performance of our SaaS products.
Requirements
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks in the application.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand features and functionalities, providing input on testability and quality requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla. Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Conduct performance and security testing to ensure the application meets industry standards and can handle varying loads.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports. Create user guides and support documentation as needed.
