Job Description
Responsible for planning, managing, and evaluating production workflow to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are achieved. Leads team in developing and promoting an environment that encourages exceptional customer service and supports company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years of manufacturing experience in fast-paced, lean manufacturing environments
- Experience managing high volume production processes
- Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and JD Edwards
- Demonstrated compliance of OSHA standards in a manufacturing environment
- Working 40+ hours per week
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide expected results
- Maintaining regular and predictable attendance
- Communicating effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Working cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
- Following verbal and written instructions
- Successfully completing drug and background screenings
