Manager, Customer Relationship Management

ElevateBio is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Manager to own and optimize the HubSpot platform, supporting both marketing and sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in CRM management, marketing, or a similar role
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required); experience with other CRM platforms is a plus
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and email marketing best practices
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience building dashboards and interpreting performance metrics
• High attention to detail, especially in data management and quality control
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
