Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to manage and execute our customer relationship management (CRM) programs for the FINN Partners’ agency brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing CRM campaigns for our agency that foster leads, drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field, or degree or equivalent working experience.
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot), email marketing platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and marketing automation.
