Specialist I, Commercial Operations

ElevateBio is seeking a Commercial Operations Proposal Specialist to drive new and existing business partnership deliverables at BaseCamp. The role involves drafting proposals, change orders, and Statements of Work, as well as maintaining a partner inquiry response database and supporting initiatives to generate new business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a scientific discipline or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of CMC technical experience within cell and gene therapy required with contract manufacturing experience highly preferred
• Ability to independently execute highly detailed technical documentation without extensive cross functional review
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Proficiency with MS office (Excel, Word, Teams, etc)
• Experience working within a CRM (Hubspot or Saleforce, for example) preferred but not required
