Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify new elevator maintenance customer prospects, qualify leads, and secure multi-year elevator service contracts. The ideal candidate must have a strong elevator service sales background and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of elevator service sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
