Requirements

• Manage a team of Collections and Loss Mitigation Specialists
• Develop and recommend departmental procedures for policy adherence
• Communicate and collaborate with impacted stakeholders
• Analyze loan performance data to identify trends and develop credit-risk dashboards
• Oversee Loss Mitigation activities being worked by external Legal Counsel and Elevations Legal Counsel
