ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We're looking for an Account Manager to own the full commercial relationship and customer's success across a book of 100 to 200 corporate accounts. The role is remote-first and can be executed from anywhere in the United States.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products
- A track record of owning commercial outcomes: quota, renewals, cross-sell, and the full expansion motion from identifying the opportunity to closing it
- Comfortable managing a high-volume book of business with a systems mindset - you build playbooks and repeatable motions, not just individual relationships
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs; you can hold a technical conversation with a developer or engineering team and earn their trust
- Experience using product usage data to stay ahead of your accounts - spotting health signals, identifying expansion opportunities, and getting in front of risk before it becomes churn
- Strong communicator who can move fluidly between a founder, a technical lead, and a procurement team in the same week
