We are looking for an Office Manager to lead the operations team and manage building management tasks for a large economic law firm in Cologne.
Requirements
- Leadership of the operations team from the own location in Cologne to two other locations
- Responsibility for all tasks of building management including room planning, coordination of internal changes and physical adaptations
- Steering of cooperation with service providers and suppliers as well as examination of invoices, planning and monitoring of budgets
- Organization of administrative processes such as administration of lock systems and coordination of parking
- Close cooperation with the company doctor as well as responsibility for issues around safety and health at the workplace
