Electrical Engineer Protection and Control Technology - High Voltage Network (f/m/d)

Join 50Hertz Transmission GmbH as an Electrical Engineer Protection and Control Technology - High Voltage Network to participate in the energy transition and ensure safe power transport at the highest voltage level. This role involves inspecting and quality assuring protection and control technology facilities on site in substations throughout the network area, with a focus on high-voltage technology and innovative energy systems.

Requirements

• Completed master's or technician training or degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of protection or control technology in high-voltage technology
• Safe handling of test software, interface testers and specific device software
• Knowledge in commissioning, serial protocols and IT networks
• Independent, practice-oriented working style, willingness to independently familiarize oneself with new topics
• Understanding of IT security and safe handling of MS Office & SAP PM
• Driving license (car) and high travel readiness throughout the network area of 50Hertz
• Very good German (C1) and good English (at least B2)
