Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• Technical specialisation and affinity with technical quality
• Bilingual in Dutch and French, with a good basic knowledge of English
• Good planning and organisation skills
• Team-focused, customer-oriented, and able to work well with other services and departments
• Motivated to work on ongoing improvements
• Good communication and coaching skills
• Ability to lead a team
