Service Owner - Digital Infrastructure Projects (f/m/d)

We are looking for a Service Owner - Digital Infrastructure Projects to join our team at 50Hertz Transmission GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision, development, and operation of central digital services for Infrastructure Design & Construction.

Requirements

• End-to-End responsibility for digital services as a central contact person for construction and asset projects
• Conception, setup, and continuous development of digital applications
• Guaranteeing stable, secure, and SLA-compliant operation including a sustainable support model
• Assuming the Service Owner role (ITIL) including definition of KPIs, quality standards, roadmap, and budget
• Acceptance, prioritization, and implementation of professional requirements in close coordination with departments, IT, and partners
• Responsibility for the integration and development of the application and system landscape as well as promotion of standardization, transparency, and scalability
• Guiding external service providers and software vendors including clear governance and continuous optimization
