Associate Medical Director, Family Practice
At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care, experience in a FQHC setting, and previous management or leadership experience are required
Medical Assistant (Bilingual Preferred)
High School Diploma or Equivalent, Completion of a formal Medical Assistant program, Current BLS certification
Associate Medical Director, Pediatrics
At least three years of recent experience in outpatient primary care practice, previous management or leadership experience, and completion of a M.D. or D.O. degree from an U.S. accredited medical school, school of osteopathy medicine, or FMG with ECFMG or Fifth pathway certification, with completion of a US accredited residency program in Pediatrics
Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician MD/DO
Board certification or eligibility in Internal or Family Medicine, several years of FQHC or community health center practice experience, and current BLS certification
DENTIST (Experienced Preferred)
Board certified or board eligible, licensed to practice medicine in California, 2+ years experience working with underserved populations, and current CPR certification
Advanced Practice Clinician
1-2 years of clinical experience, current RN/NP/NPF License, current NP board certification
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Master’s in Social Work (approved by the CA Board), current Clinical Social Worker license, and experience with integrated behavioral health. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of vaccinations
Dental Health Information Technology (EHR) Trainer [Level I]
Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred. 2+ yrs HCIT exp. Equivalent education & experience (clinical setting). Technical knowledge of HIT systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Facilities Maintenance Technician
High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, related certifications or license from a trade or technical college preferred or minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in the maintenance service field
Pediatrician
Must have a MD or DO degree, Board Certified or Eligible for Board Certification, and 1-2 years of experience in pediatrics
