Requirements

• Manage patient flow and oversee overall clinic operations
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations
• Support, train, mentor, and supervise staff, volunteers, and students
• Manage clinical and office materials, supplies, equipment, and EHR systems
• Monitor payroll, staff schedules, provider templates, and timecards
• Coordinate clinical duties to maintain high-quality patient care and positive employee engagement
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and follow-up calls
• Prepare the clinic for audits and maintain readiness of equipment, supplies, and staff training/certifications
• Conduct staff meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews
• Oversee special programs and ensure required documentation and compliance
• Represent the organization in the community and participate in organizational initiatives and projects
